November 7th, 2008 Posted in Action, Business, DLC, News, Xbox 360 by Will Prusik

Charging for DLC has been raising the hackles of gamers ever since its inception. Many feel that gamers are paying extra for something that should already be in the title. Namco Bandai made many gamers particularly annoyed at the high costs of content for Ace Combat 6.

Some are going to be moaning again as several of the download packs are getting their cost cut down to a very affordable price: free. Various holiday themed planes and multiplayer maps are getting the price cut to promote the newly announced Platinum Hits version of the game which retails at $29.99.
