Welcome back everyone, after a pretty hefty break the Daily Battle is back to give you the daily breakdown of happenings in the video game world, let’s get started.
It was recently announced that Garry Newman, creator of popular Source mod Garry’s Mod, has raked in several million dollars from his game which has sold over 300,000 copies. Not bad!
Apart from the Garry’s Mod sales figures, Valve also released sales figures for it’s line of games including Half-life 1 and 2, and Counter-Strike 1.6 and Source.
Lastly, Activision has given us word that sequels to popular games like Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, and Guitar Hero 4 are due out in the near future, along with a James Bond racing game.
