Game Informer recently teased that its latest issue features first details of Guitar Hero: Metallica, and with the issue now reaching subscriber’s mailboxes, information from the magazine has started appearing online.

The game will allow for full band play – drums, guitar, vocals and bass – and will feature a new difficulty level for drummers, which will allow for the use of double kick pedals.

As with the Aerosmith game, Metallica will include music from other artists who have worked closely or have just been liked by the heavy metal band. The game will feature 45 songs, with roughly 60% by the titular band.
