Fable II DLC Delayed Til Next Year

December 18th, 2008 Posted in Business, DLC, News, RPG, Xbox 360 by Will Prusik

It seems that Fable II fans must have opted for the evil choices more often than the good as Santa has decided that fans haven’t been nice enough to get their DLC on time. The Knothold Island content pack is being pushed back for the second time. It’s now slipped to late January of next year.

The official statement says “due to unexpected technical difficulties, the Fable II: Knothole Island expansion will not be available until late January 2009,” and also says that the special Knothold Island: Download and Win contest is going to be pushed back as well, since it’d be very hard to win if downloading something not yet available is a prerequisite.
