Real world struggles as World of Warcraft flourishes

You’re probably tired about hearing how bad the economy is by now, right? Well maybe some good news from Blizzard will cheer you up.

It was recently announced that everyone’s favorite MMORPG, World of Warcraft, has recently hit 11.5 million subscribers. Blizzard also makes note that the game’s latest expansion, Wrath of the Lich King, managed to sell 2.8 million copies in the first 24 hours it was on the market.

And best of all, Blizzard isn’t releasing this information just for bragging rights as they also want to let the public know that due to the influx of new subscribers an array of new job opportunities have opened. Head here to check out what they have to offer.
