Forza 3 In-game Posters Revealed
Coming as no surprise, Xbox 360 Fanboy reports of leaked assets for Forza Motorsport 3, the third entry in the racing simulation franchise that has done well for Microsoft over the years, that reveal something very interesting: in-game race posters.
Apparently, Microsoft Game Studios has sub-contracted Kaarbo Designs to create menu graphics for the game; the in-game race posters were posted on the company’s website and were promptly removed before being saved by Internet detectives. In response, Kaarbo has said that the posters “are only samples and are not to be used.”
Even then, the posters are sleek as hell! The game looks to be becoming quite the monster, with rumors noting that the DVD format has become an issue. It supposedly features over 400 cars and 100 tracks and will likely ship on two separate discs. Forza 3 is expected to be shown at this year’s E3.

Bruno saizzz Forza 3 will come out May 22, 2009.
So every body polish your MS wheels. Because Turn 10’s third installment will polish some SONY butt real good. – Get ready to rumble!

The cars on the posters – are they Forza 3 models?
Or borrowed from Forza 2?? The 3 in the Forza 3 logo looks like a “M” when you turn it around. Like for Motorsport. I am waiting for the announcement for Forza Motorsport 3 like a crazy guy. Was hoping they would do it as a christmas present. But no. I have the feeling they are pretty far now with the development. Somewhere around Beta-testing, tuning and polishing. I’m sure Turn 10 wont take chances this time of announcing that game too early. Well, gotta keep waiting. Hopefully not till I’m really crazy. GO FORZA GO!

It wouldn’t surprise me to see those posters in magazines and news papers as adds. I, for sure, don’t need advertisement for Forza 3. For me it’s a done deal.

Hi Folks.
Or is it just folk. Because it looks like I’m alone on this site.
Anyway, as I played Forza 2 today I recognized something that hopefully wont be found in Forza 3. As I unintentionally drove on the “Ring” beside the track, I was on the grass and drove over a mini field of leafs. Now, I was in the hood view and saw that the grass and leafs reflected the sun exactly like the road. That’s not right, is it?!? Errors like that stop the visuals of the track doing the beauty of the cars justice. Don’t get me wrong – I love Forza 1 & 2. How can one be a car-guy and not love the Forza franchise. I just want forza 3 to be the best it can be.

Hi. This is my first post on this site. My first post today.
Would it be possible for Turn 10 to install a mirror line in Forza 3’s livery option? A mirror line is set in a preferred wide on the top of the car. The designer that starts his design on the left side of the m-line, is automatically mirrored on the right side. That would save time and be more accurately.

Yayyyy! Here’s the man who owns this site.
Who wants to see door handles at close sight in Forza 3’s replays?? Not me. I wish for FM3 intelligent camera angles that catch every dynamic moment and dramatic passes. I’m waiting for you Forza 3.

Is there gonna be something like Forza tv? So people can watch online races as they happen? Would be a cool advertisement too. Is Turn 10 going to make a open world Forza? Seems to get in fashion nowadays. More developers are doing that. In a open world Forza Motorsport title car shown and different meetings could be held. Like for example Turn 10 could announce on their website: “Next Saturday we’ll have a meeting of two door rear wheel drivers at the secret lagoon in the south western area of the map at 7:oopm” There’s a lot of potential for community.

Aaand here’s another anonymous post from G-Forzaaaaah!
I was thinking, (yes it happens). How good must Forza 3 look like??? When Forza 2 came out, people said: “Woooowwwww! That looks so reeeeeal”. And soon it’s looks got surpassed by new Need for Speed games, Dirt, PGR4, (maybe), Paradise and let’s not talk about GRID. I heard people say: “Ooh, I hope FM3 will look as good as GT5″. I think it is going to look better. FM2 got surpassed that fast because Turn 10 hasn’t found out then how to tickle-out the 360’s hidden talents. A year ago developers just started to understand this generation’s Xbox. Meanwhile Turn 10 game architects found out how to push the 360 in ways Che and we didn’t thought was possible. In terms of both graphics and performance. Landin barely said anything about their new huge, hot game in Feb. 6th 126 pitpass report, except for this little detail in between: “(it’s gonne be sick by the way). Yesterday I played Forza 1 again and thought that the graphics are still looking good today. Then I thought: If the “Normal” Xbox were capable of full HD, and Turn 10 would have made Forza 2 on the first Xbox too and would have pushed that little box to it’s upmost limits. It probably would have looked very very close to Forza 2 on the 360. I think. Now – the leap from Forza 1 to Forza 2 isn’t something to get frickin’ psyched about. And yet, Landin and Che are about Forza 3 since a year ago. A year(!) If you read Yesterdays 126th pitpass report, Landin paints us a picture, of what kind of people are working on the Game we are ill from waiting for. Those are motor sport fanatics of all directions of motor sports. Most of them where born practically with a wrench in their hand. At least one of them had his own tuning shop. These guys know what they’re doing. They got the heart on the right spot. What tells us that???
IT’S GONNE BE SICK!!

Gee this Forza related site is getting loooong, eh?
And just because of me. The A.I. drivers hopefully will be made from scratch for Forza three. The last two days I picked up Forza 1 again and watched a lot of replays. Boy the ai drivers there are more interesting to watch then the sterile Forza 2 zombies. If you have both games, than load up a race in Forza 2 with a hired driver and a race with the same car and track on Forza 1 with a drivater. You will notice that it’ll be more interesting to watch the race of Forza 1 because the drivers there make more mistakes, take more chances, misjudge curves and there’s just more going on on the track. There is a little chaos going on what makes it fun to look at. There is even a pinch of Grid’s dynamic to detect. Made right, Forza 3 could be a feast of racing action fun.

If I were the only guy in the world who would love Forza, I wouldn’t be surprised that I am the only one writing on this site. Also I wouldn’t be talking about Forza 3. Because I doubt Turn 10 would make an third instalment extra for me. I would still buy it though. There are still millions playing, (the ill-fated), Forza 2. And just wait till #3 comes out. Those millions are gonna switch seats and drive with watering eyes from happiness and never look back. Those still waiting for Gran Tourismo 5 will comfort themselves with Forza 3 and probably forget very fast what they were waiting for. Me, I’m just waiting for Forza 3 because that puppy is gonna be very very sick.

Hey – yeah… You’re welcome man.
Wait – do you like Forza at all???
February 12th, 2009 at 9:06 pm
Hey, I’ve got some time on my hands. So I thought I smash another post in this thread. The rumors of last year said: “Near limitless customisation”. And that is music in a carguys ear. I mean I poor carguys ears, who can’t actually live their car dreams. But thanks to “us” Dan Greenawalt can live those dreams literally. Because he cashes in all the dough. But thanks to that again he has the dough to make Forza 3 for “us” who are waiting impatienly for their next big thing.
Yep – we’re sick of waiting for the new sick game. Ha ha.
February 14th, 2009 at 3:26 pm
dude seriously your the biggest fanboy ever for this game
February 16th, 2009 at 7:01 pm
Sometimes I feel like that. Especially on this site.
But I know there are many many others waiting in agony like me.
When Che and Landin are not exaggerating, Forza 3 will be the racing game to beat by far. And what did I read once in a pitpass report? We’ll definitely be in for a “delectable treat”. If they really mean it and don’t take their mouth too full, than GT5 can stay in the garage. As good as it may look – we know how deep beauty is – and how deep Forza is.

In the last pitpass report, (127), Che Chou said: “All this blood and sweat translate into what anyone here at Turn 10 can download to our Xbox 360s on a daily basis — ever-improving builds of our new game, which, isn’t just shaping up to be greedy handfuls of eyecandy, but is also proving to be really fun and addictive as well. In fact, the test team has already thrown down the gauntlet here at Turn 10 with weekly challenges to find out who’s the fastest in the studio. ” Could he be talking about Forza 3??? Or who’s the fastest in Donkey Kong? I don’t think so. Maybe we find out today? Pitpass report 128 is due some when this evening. And I’m waiting hands-wringing for it. My prediction for the long awaited announcement is within the next two months. But the earlier the better.

Hey guys,
And girls of course too. Che had some thing interesting to pass on last friday:
The Forza Motorsport 2 Community Update – 5/15/09
So the crowds just dispersed from this afternoons team meeting that covered the progress on our next game, and I’ve never seen the team here at Turn 10 so pumped and excited. Things are really coming together and the proof lies in the fact that I (and many many others) are having a hard time not kicking back and playing the latest build for hours on end. Of course we have a mission to accomplish, so we control our urges, but it’s always exciting to finally see a product reach this state of playability. Good times here at Turn 10.
Yeah, and good times coming our way, eh? A couple more weeks til E3.
I’m counting the days, and playing Forza 2 meanwhile.
G-Forza
Oh by the way: Bruno got fired.
