January 27th, 2009 Posted in Action, DLC, PC, RPG, Xbox 360 by Rajiv Ashrafi

Bethesda has released the first downloadable content pack for Fallout 3, dubbed “Operation Anchorage”.

The content includes a simulation of the infamous liberation of Anchorage, Alaska from Fallout lore. The new missions emphasize stealth gameplay, offering a “Covert Ops” perk along with new weapons, armor and achievements.

It’s only available to you PC and Xbox 360 owners. PS3 owners are abandoned due to Microsoft handing over gobs of cash to Bethesda. The pack can be bought for 800 Microsoft points ($10).

A second pack – titled “The Pitt” – is set for release late next month. March will see the release of the “Broken Steel” pack that will continue the adventure beyond the end of the game’s storyline.
