SEGA announces new Aliens vs. Predators game

Today, SEGA has come forth and announced that a new game, based in the Aliens vs. Predators universe, is in the works. The developers behind the new AVP title will be independent game studio Rebellion, whom you may remember to have worked on the hugely popular PC game Aliens versus Predator.
“The innovative new AvP game presents an exciting opportunity for us,” says CEO of SEGA West, Naoya Tsurumi, “It represents a fantastic addition to our growing Aliens franchise and the reinvention of one of gaming’s most cherished iconic titles. By adjusting the release of our other Aliens titles to accommodate it, SEGA will ensure that every title lives up to the high expectations of Aliens and AvP fans.”
SEGA hasn’t said anymore in terms of an official name, time frame of release, or platform the game will be on, but they assure us more information is on the way.
Press release after the break.

omg this sounds like best game ever and errr yay fisrst to comment howeve i have several points t put across sm positive some negative
1.)Rebellion are great game makers however i feel that tere work has recently taken a downturn especially after the release of that particularly awful aliens vs predator PSP exclusive which was easily the worst game that i have ever been stupid enough to purcase.
2.)however I think that anyne who has eve played any of the original AVP games wil gree with me that they were great and still support a substantial online community.
3.)If this game ever does get made it had better be a first person shooter sort of thing and please for the love of God ta is if im still allowed to say God on the internet without SWAT breaking down my doors before im thrown in solitary for the rest of my my natrual life dont have some completely awful human and predator love fest going on which every fanboy/girl simultaneously throwng up.
4.)This is the last point for anyone who is still reading this if the game turns out to be a third person then please give it a good camera ohh also the game should extremely violent at the very least an 18 plus with there being the option to skin a victim orperform a deskulling of prey without big flashing buttons appearing on screen oh you should also b able to hang people/aliens alive or dead up from objects such as billboards and streetlights te game suld be an open ended freeroamerand please noretarded bring back that dudero predator 2 stryline going on OK ifyu bring in Dutch but seriously Dnny Glover it just pissed me off when he managed to kill that predator in handtnd seriouslywhat where they thinking???..
