Sonic Co-creator Working on New Pac-man Game

According to this Gamasutra report, Sonic co-creator Hirokazu Yasuhara is working on a new Pac-man game.
"We are in the midst of making Pac-Man come back because his 30th anniversary is in 2010 actually," said Namco Bandai Games America EVP Makoto Iwai. "As a group, we feel like we should do something to make him come back. So, there’s one project that we started working on, and [Yasuhara is] part of it."
Iwai mentioned that the company’s internal development team was split into several groups following the release of Afro Samurai. One of those divisions was tasked with the Pac-man game and is being led by Yasuhara.
