Square Enix acquires Eidos
Squre Enix has completed its acquisition of Eidos Interactive, as Eidos shareholders approved the buyout. A formal announcement is expected in the upcoming weeks.
According to reports, Eidos will continue to operate from London and maintain some degree of independence when it comes to developing games. Square Enix will take over two very known franchises in the process; Tomb Raider and Hitman.
