Early access to L4D2 demo for pre-orderers

July 5th, 2009 Posted in Action, FPS, Multiplayer, PC, Xbox 360 by Rajiv Ashrafi

left4dead2_450x360 Joystiq carries word from Valve’s Doug Lombardi that a multiplayer demo for Left 4 Dead 2 is planned for both PC and Xbox 360. We reported earlier that the game got pre-ordered twice as much as the original, and if you were one of those who did so, you’re in luck as you will get “advanced access to the demo.”

The demo will eventually be released for all users prior to the game’s launch on November 17.

Lombardi talked more about sequel, noting how it had gained strength due to strong “word of mouth”. It should be pointed out here that many users had initially boycotted the game, noting its full price tag and early release.
