Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 5 coming to USA

Namco Bandai Games has announced that Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 5 will be localized and brought to the United States. The original game, titled Naruto Shippuden: Narutimate Accel 2, was released back in winter 2007 in Japan for the PlayStation 2. However, the plot of the manga and television series in the Western hemisphere are way behind the much recent Japanese releases.
The story of the game will go up to the end of the Sasuke rescue arc. Sixty playable characters and twenty-four maps will be featured in the game. For any fans who have issues with the English dub, a Japanese audio will be included. The game is currently under localization by CyberConnect 2.

I’m happy this is official news, people in the official naruto forums were getting worried that it was only coming out in europe. But it’s asinine to think that namco bandai wouldn’t sell it to North america because north america is a big profit to naruto.

We can only hope that as speculated, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja 5 will be released sometime this November in North America. It would make little sense for it to be released in Europe due to the fact that North America is big for the Naruto franchise. If not released in November, most likely it will be sometime in 2010.

OK I Have read everything u ppl have wrote and about what kain has said but I have my doubts… I really hope that NUN5 comes out because its a cool game I have played and its awesome.. the other thing I think that kain can just be messing with us and making us think that it’s coming out and that he really worked on it but u should have your doubts about him.. I believe in UN 5 comin out in USA at the end of 2009 because i heard a lot about it comin but it was for UK first on November 27 2009 so i have faith in UN 5 comin for PS2 in USA around December.

technoluis y don’t u go somewere else and i will admit that idk the exact releas date of the game trailer so plzz give me a little bit more time to find that out and also we are going to get all the naruto games sony makes and don’t ask about them because i have not been updated on any of those yet but i know u americans will get them in time 1 yeare after anouther and thatr’s all i know lol well in 2 days i didn’t miss 2 much well bye bye all for now.
