God of War 3 Ultimate Edition revealed

Excited about God of War 3? The newly announced Ultimate Edition of the game might excite you even more, if you’re willing to shed out $100 for it. The Ultimate Edition, pictured above, will include the game, a book, access to tons of DLC, a feature length retrospective on the series, a soundtrack of the entire trilogy, and a heavy metal soundtrack inspired by the game, all included in a stylish box.

Check the wording on the Gamespot announcement again…you don’t get a free copy of District 9, you get the download code that comes from the Blu-ray of District 9…. ” Finally, preorders for the Pandora’s Box package will come with a code to download the God of War III Electronic Entertainment Expo 2009 demo, the same bonus included in November’s God of War Collection and December’s Blu-ray edition of the hit film District 9. “

Still an incredible deal though, I plan to buy it this way, will be my first PS3 purchase, this title was enough to get this XBOX 360/Wii home to buy the third console.
