Assassin’s Creed 2 sells 1.6m copies in first week

Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed 2 has done fairly well in the stores, selling 1.6 million copies during its first week. It’s not Modern Warfare 2 numbers, but still decent enough, and is 30% more than the original Assassin’s Creed, which holds the record as the fastest selling original IP.
