Havok announces discounted software for indie devs

December 8th, 2009 Posted in Business, Industry, Software, Technology by Mark Briggs

Havok, makers of physics software using in many games (like Half Life 2 and Gears of War), has announced that they’ll start offering discounts to indie developers looking to use their physics software.

The deal will feature all of Havok’s software in one bundle, which includes Havok Physics, Havok AI and Havok Cloth, and will be offered on a year-based agreement, instead of licensing the software outright.
