Cooking Mama 3 to appear at E3 09
Majesco has recently released word that they willbe holding a special Cooking Mama 3 event at this year’s E3.
As you can see from the above invitiation that Joystiq recieved, attendees will be treated to free food, free drinks, and of course Cooking Mama 3 playtime.
There’s really no details on what console this game will be released for or when but we have a hunch you’ll be seeing it on the Nintendo DS.
DSi specific game cards on the way
It was recently announced at the Game Developers Conference by Nintendo’s Masato Kuwahara that new game cards are on the way that will favor the Nintendo DSi.
In fact, one of these mentioned cards will only work on the Nintendo DSi handheld. The other, however, will work on the previous generation consoles but will have features that will only be playable if you are using a DSi.
Let’s just hope this doesn’t mean that Nintendo is going to throw in some gimmicky mini games utilizing the DSi’s built in camera.

NCAA Basketball 09: March Madness exclusively on Xbox Live
Looking to continue your virtual NCAA Basketball career? Ok good because EA has recently announced that a special editon of NCAA Basketball 09 will be released exclusively on Xbox Live.
Entitled NCAA Basketball 09: March Madnes Edition the game will give players the opportunity to play through the NCAA tournament in all of it’s single elimination glory.
The games Producer, Connor Dougan, had the following to say about the game:
“We really wanted to make our game available to a wider selection of fans that are drawn to college basketball by the passion, excitement and drama that surrounds March Madness. Fans will be able to experience the tournament, feel the adrenaline rush that comes with a single loss elimination tournament and write their own history.”
NCAA Basketball 09: March Madness Edition will be available on Xbox Live March 11th for 1200 Microsoft Points. Sorry PS3 owners, this is an exclusive.

Madden predicts Steelers to win Super Bowl XLIII
If you’re thinking of putting down bets on this year’s upcoming Super Bowl you might want to ponder taking EA’s recent prediction into consideration.
EA updated both the Steeler’s and Cardinal’s stats to the most rated listings, and then ran a game. The outcome was 28-24 with the Steelers on top.
To give you a little background on EA’s customary simulation; they have been running it since 2004 using the latest version of Madden NFL and, to date, they have correctly predicted the winner of 4 out of 5 times.
In fact, the only error they had was of last year’s Giant’s victory which was a major upset to just about everyone.
