Amazon cuts prices on PS3 games, today only
Amazon is at it again this time announcing that they will be holding a special promotion for the PS3, cutting prices on several games at various times throughout the day.
First and foremost, they will be cutting the price of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare all day long by 42% bringing the price down to $29.98. Additionally they will be holding timed deals with the first one being X-Men Origins: Wolverine at $40.
There’s no telling what else Amazon has left to unveil but be sure to check here periodically for new updates.
Xbox Live discounts Fable, more
If you missed out on the original Fable and are looking to run through it before picking up Fable 2, now’s your chance.
It was recently announced that Fable will be the latest Xbox Deal of the Week, next week, getting a discount from 1200 Microsoft Points to 800 Microsoft Points.
That’s not all though as starting the week after that Battlestations Midway: Iowa Mission Pack DLC will get discounted 20% and the week after that, starting on the 30th, Alien Hominid will get a discounted price of just 400 Microsoft Points.

Amazon offers Wii + Wii Music bundle $20 off
Still haven’t bought a Wii? Well, if you head over to Amazon’s listing for the console and scroll down to the ‘Best Value’ option, you’ll notice a pleasent surprise.
Amazon has recently begun offerering the console, along with Nintedo’s Wii Music, for $279.99 which, considering the $249.99 and $49.99 retail values respectively, is a none too bad deal.

Cheaper Games? Maybe Monday on Amazon
Remember the deals we showed you right after Christmas? Well it looks like some more game deals are coming up. Go to Amazon on Monday, January 12, 2009 and grab some cheaper video games. They will be featured in the Amazon.com Gold Box and each deal will be revealed one at a time. Which means we don’t actually know what titles Amazon has left in stock and we have no idea how much you will actually save.
Make sure you remember how this whole Gold Box Deal of the Day thing is going to work:
The first deal will be the Gold Box Deal of the Day. Its special discounted price will be available all day (or until we run out) only on Monday, January 12, 2009.
