Target has gaming underwear, do you?
It seems that our buds over at Joystiq recently found themselves shopping at Target only to find a rack featuring nothing other than video game underwear. As you can see there’s Rock Band, Guitar Hero, Halo and more.
Although, the worst part about this is that there are no video game underwear made specifically for women. What gives?
Fergie, Keith Urban in Celebrity Sports Showdown
If you want to see C-list celebrities like Fergie and Keith Urban throw balls at each other then EA has you covered. The publisher has announced Celebrity Sports Showdown, a sports game for the Wii which features an array of celebrity appearances as well as sports icons.
The game will make use of big-headed, cartoonish likenesses of aforesaid musicians, as well as Nelly Furtado and Leann Rimes, and sports icons such as Paul Pierce, Mia Hamm, Sugar Ray Leonard and Kristi Yamaguchi, among others. They will be fighting it out in 12 activities such as canoe paddling, fighter-jet racing, skiing, volleyball, dodgeball and more. The game is said to be modeled after the popular Wii Sports.
It is in development at EA Canada for release this holiday season.
