Zimmer has a number of awards and nominations under his belt from the Academy Awards, Golden Globe Awards, and more.

More recently, the German composer has worked on The Dark Knight and Pirates of the Caribbean.

Modern Warfare 2 will be released on November 10th for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
