Valve drops Left4Dead price 40%
Valve is offering a 24 hour free trial of Left4Dead this weekend, which we heard about yesterday, but it’s only for 24 hours. After those 24 hours, you’re probably going to want to buy the game, right?
To capitalize on this, Valve has announced that they will drop the price of Left4Dead by 40% making for a $23.99 final sale.
This is a great chance to not only try but own an excellent zombie game that was generally well received across the board.
Left 4 Dead PC patched, makes you tired while meleeing
Valve recently posted an article detailing the latest updates that were released today for Left 4 Dead.
There isn’t much included in the update other than some bug fixes and tweaks that will make the game run smoother. However, the update now makes it so when you melee in versus mode, you will get fatigued. This is a whole new element of gameplay that is sure to turn the tables at least a bit.
This patch release is for the PC but a console version is said to be coming with the Survival DLC pack.

Xbox 360 Left 4 Dead patched
While PC gamers got this patch a while ago, Valve left console gamers pretty much in the dark. Well no more as the Xbox 360 version of Left 4 Dead has recently been patched.
Just boot up Left 4 Dead and you’ll be given the option to download the patch. Happy zombie slaying!
