Michael Jackson signed Playstation 1 appears on eBay

The media coverage of Michael Jackson’s death is finally starting to die down and now this pops up. What you see above is allegedly a Playstation 1 signed by the King of Pop himself.

The bid is currently at $610 but it’s sure to rise as more and more people hear of the auction.

Better yet, this particular console is apparantly the 1,000,0001st Playsation ever made.

New Michael Jackson game this holiday season?

Even before Michael Jackson’s recent death rumors were circulating the internet that he and MJJ Productions were working on a new video game featuring the singer.

Now for those of you out there scratching your head at the thought of a new Michael Jackson game, there was a sidescroller entitled Michael Jackson’s Moonwalker released for the Sega Genesis back in 1990 which you can read about here.

Anyways, MJJ Productions has reportedly been working on a new console game for “several months” now featuring Michael and his songs set for release this holiday season. A rep from the Production studio was quoted to have said the following:

“I am sure it will still be released. Michael loved games.”

Now all we need to know is a exact release date and what console(s) it’s for.

Free Thriller Xbox Live music video downloaded 50K times

If you’ve read, heard, or watched any form of media in the past couple of days you’ll know that Michael Jackson aka The King of Pop has passed away. To commemorate the artist’s greatness Microsoft decided to offer the music video for his hit single Thriller free over charge during the weekend.

Well, during the 2 days it was offerent MTV Multiplayer reports that the video was downloaded over 50,000 times. They then go on to point out that 50,000 is just 0.25% of Xbox Live’s 20 million subscriber base. Of course, Michael Jackson might be considered a bit old school to the majority of those 20 million.

Nonetheless, Michael Jackson’s legacy shall live on.
