Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 Demo Coming

949454_106230 From Eurogamer comes word that Konami plans on releasing playable demos on Thursday for Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 for PC, PS3 and Xbox 360.

The demo will offer five minute exhibition matches, including multiplayer. Players will be able to choose from Liverpool, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Barcelona and the Italian and French national teams.

Word is that the demo (and final game) will support the revised Xbox 360 controller with its non-random D-pad.

Konami today announced that the latest entry in the Pro Evolution Soccer series will be released in North America this Fall. Dubbed Pro Evolution Soccer 2009, the game will feature new moves, control elements, a major graphics upgrade, as well as enhanced online functionality.

It is in development for release on PC, PS2, PS3, PSP and Xbox 360. No exact release date was announced, though it is expected soon as Fall draws near.
