Gamespot reports that Ubisoft is suing Optical Experts Manufacturing, who they allege had leaked a copy of Assassin’s Creed on the Internet. The publisher is saying that one of the employees of the Charlotte, North Carolina-based disc replication company got a copy of the game and proceeded to release it onto peer-to-peer networks.
