GameStop holds $20 game sale

GameStop has announced that they will be holding a summer sale that will see a plethora of games get dropped from their normal $60 price all the way down to $20.

Starcraft II external beta coming this summer

Remember how we told you a few days ago that you could sign up for the Starcraft II beta? Well, that signup may be put to use sooner than we thought.
In a recent Activision Blizzard earnings call, Blizzard President Mike Morhaime was quoted to say that Starcraft II’s external beta testing will take place this summer.
So yes, this means that the general public (those who signed up) will actually get access to a beta form of Starcraft II. Hell, maybe us simple folk (those who didn’t sign up) will be treated to an open beta.

Capcom confirms Marvel vs Capcom 2, releases trailer
After that leaked achivements list pointed at Marvel vs Capcom 2, it was only a matter of time until Capcom released an official announcement.
Well, that time is now and Capcom has announced that Marvel vs Capcom 2 will in fact be hitting Xbox Live and the Playstation Network sometime this summer. While the game won’t be getting a complete makeover a la Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, there will be an addition of an online matchmaking system along with a few visual tweaks.
